Productivity within the office increased to such a level that we were able to reduce our office staff. The time in which it now takes for the process of answering a call, logging in a new customer, logging in a job and then forwarding it on to field staff has been reduced by at least 40%. We have also realised a considerable saving on petrol/truck expenses due to the mobility component of this solution, as the field staff do not have to come back to the factory as often. There has also been a reduction in the amount of paperwork and the number of times each piece of paperwork needs to be handled. Overheads have been reduced in the areas of wages, motor vehicle expenses, staff training (as MS Outlook is such a widely used program most staff already have an understanding of the basics and little training is now required on the use of this solution), software fees (as they were already using MS Outlook there were no ongoing licensing fees, as opposed to the other products which have yearly licensing and membership fees).
