By signing up on one of our Managed IT Services plans with guaranteed response times, our clients know their issues will be dealt with in a timely and speedy manner. Many can be resolved without costly and delayed on-site visits from our helpdesk, using state of the art remote access technology.

  • 1 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • 2 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • Onsite maintenance visit every month.

  • 2 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • 4 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • Onsite maintenance visit every 2 months.
