Many can be resolved without costly and delayed on-site visits from our helpdesk, using state of the art remote access technology.

 Platinum Level Services Agreement
  • Unlimited email, phone and remote support, 
  • Helpdesk support 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • 1 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • 2 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • Onsite maintenance visit every month.
 Gold Level Services Agreement
  • Unlimited email, phone and remote support, 
  • Helpdesk support 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • 2 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • 4 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • Onsite maintenance visit every 2 months.
 Silver Level Services Agreement
  • Unlimited email, phone and remote support, 
  • Helpdesk support 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • 4 hr Critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • 8 hr Non-critical Guaranteed Response time.
  • Onsite maintenance visit every 3 months.
